Kalinoski and Osetkowski, on D-Day
Tyler Kalinoski and Dylan Osetkowski spoke on the morning of the game about how the team is getting to this Final Four, the desire to do well and the semi-final rival, UCAM Murcia, whom they face tonight, starting at 9, in the Belgrade Arena.
DYALN OSETKOWSKI
"I think everyone's excited. I think we've been waiting a year to get back here and now that we're here there's nothing else that needs to be said. I think it's it's time to play and we're all excited for for tonight.
"Yeah, they're a good team. They got good players. They play hard. But at the end of the day, I think we're worried about us and what we got in this locker room and we're worrying about how we have to play and what we need to do. And and that's what's at the front of my mind and our team's mind".
"I think we have the same approaches to win. I sure we had the approach to win. You know, the result was a result. But at the end of the day, I think everybody has the same approach of wanting to win".
"There's nothing that needs to be said. You know, he's a guy who wants to win. He's a guy who plays hard and when you have a player like that come into to a team that's been together, there wasn't anything that needs to be said. He he fit right in and he's a part of this puzzle that we got and we're going to try and make it happen tonight".
TYLER KALINOSKI
"I think it's going to be a good game. You know we're all excited to be here. I think that was one of our goals since you know, right when we lost last year in the Final Four and we're back, we're happy about it and we're ready to take care of business".
"I mean I think that's all great experience you know failure is a is a great thing to learn from and you know hopefully I can I can change that this year and get through the 1st to the final".
"I think it it's an amazing thing to have a team like that when when you can just go out there and do your job to help the team win and one night it could be your night, one night it can be one of your teammates nights and I think that's that's beautiful basketball".
"I know they're they're a physical team. You know it's it's a big stage tonight at the final four. I don't think there's going to be anything crazy different than what we've seen. They got great players. But we've done a great job, our coaches have done a great job scouting the team and giving us the information we need and we just got to go out there tonight and put it to work".
