Honorable defeat in the Endesa Mini Cup (79-83)

The Unicaja boys' team came close to fifth place in the 2026 Minicopa Endesa held in Valencia, but ended up losing to Cajasiete Canarias in a thrilling match that was decided in the final seconds (79-83). The players coached by Manolo Bazán showed character and competitiveness to counteract the physical superiority of the Tenerife team.
