A spectacular debut at the Javier Imbroda (67–105)
A Unicaja side that was versatile in attack and rock-solid in defence clinched the 3rd Javier Imbroda Memorial with a 67–105 victory over Melilla Ciudad del Deporte. Txus Vidorreta’s side were never under pressure and had the match well in hand by half-time. The new signings made a very positive impression, particularly Ignas Brazdeikis. Kendrick Perry was the standout performer with 19 points, 9 assists and a performance rating of 28. Yannick Nzosa was the only downside, having to leave the match after sustaining an injury to his left foot.
